Antidote
Atropinize the patient immediately and maintain full atropinization by repeated doses of 2-4 mg. At 5-10 minutes interval until continuance of symptoms. Administer 1-2 g of pyridine -2-aldozine-N-methyl-iodine (2 PAM) to be dissolved in 10 cc of distilled water and injected intravenously very slowly taking 10-15 minutes. Oxygen and artificial respiration, if necessary, as per physician’s advice.
