Mode of Action
- Inhibits beta-tubulin synthesis (microtubule formation)
- Inhibits development of germ tubes the formation of appressoria and growth of mycelia
- Reacts with, and inactivates the sulfhydryl groups of amino acids and enzymes of fungal cells, resulting in disruption of lipid metabolism, respiration and production of ATP
- Multi-site activity on cell wall inhibits spore germination
